We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping options show approximate transit times after the order is processed, and does not include the 1-2 business days required to process orders.
Due to their perishable nature, our products may not be returned or exchanged. An adult 21+ must sign for the package. If your package is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts because an adult was not present to sign we can only refund the value of your order minus shipping expense.
However, if you have concerns or problems with the products you receive, please contact us at hello@minneapoliscider.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, and which items you received. Our team will attempt to resolve any issue.
